人法地，地法天，天法道，道法自然。

关关雎鸠，在河之洲。

窈窕淑女，君子好逑。

Guan-guan go to the ospreys,
On the islet in the river.
The modest,retiring,virtuous,young lady,
For our prince a good mate she.

天时不如地利，地利不如人和。

Opportunities of time vouchsafed by Heaven are not equal to advantages of situations afforded by the Earth,
And advantages of situation afforded by the Earth are not equal to the union arising from the accord of Men.

云对雨，雪对风，晚照对晴空。

Cloud to rain,Snow to wind,Night to sunny sky.

死生之地，存亡之道，不可不察也。

It’s a matter of life and death, A road either to safety or to ruin,Hence it’s a subject of inquiry which can on no account be neglected.

人生得意须尽欢，莫使金樽空对月。

天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来。

When hopes are won,oh!Drink your fill in high delight
And never leave your wine-cup empty in moonlight.
Heaven has made us talents,we are not made in vain
A thousand good coins spent,more will turn up again.
